Do you deliver & set up the florals?
You’re welcome to pick up your florals from our design studio in Peru free of charge, or you can choose delivery for just $1.75 per mile (round trip).
To keep things as budget-friendly as possible, we do not provide setup services. Everything will arrive prepped and ready to set out, making setup simple and stress free!
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — there is a $250 floral order minimum per collection
How soon do I need to order?
We require all orders to be placed at least 5 weeks before your delivery or pickup date to ensure product availability.
Can I make changes before the event?
You can make additions, changes, or cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to your event. After that time, flowers are ordered, and we’re unable to offer refunds or changes.

Refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee. If you need to order with less than 5 weeks’ notice, please email us — we can often accommodate last-minute orders, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Can I customize a Collection?
Our collections are designed to provide beautiful, affordable florals at the best possible price. To keep costs low, collections cannot be customized unless specifically noted in the collection description.
We reserve the right to make substitutions to fresh products or containers based on availability, quality, and pricing — while always maintaining the integrity and look of your chosen collection.
